*One* scientist warns on recycled water disease risk

Isn’t it good to know the media is giving good, unbiased coverage?

After numerous detailed studies which have found no detectable health risks of recycled water, one scientist (albeit not a crackpot) warns of potential risks, and suddenly it’s headline news.

Why not read this (PDF) detailed report instead, for a slightly more balanced viewpoint?

Anonymous Says:

“He says recycled water should be used first for industry or to water lawns and only used to top up drinking supplies when no other water saving measures are available.”

I would imagine that this is how it would go anyway, right? I expect they would use all the “better” water first then only use recycled water when there is no other resort. This guys isn’t even really against the idea! But would anyone click on the article if the headline was “Another scientist pretty much agrees with all the other scientists, he just has a few concerns”?
